This Space Age plastic armchair with ottoman, the “Orchidée”, was one of the Cadestin models commissioned by the Centre Pompidou Museum. Designed in 1968 and manufactured by Airborne International (France). Among the models Cadestin created for the Centre Georges Pompidou, the Orchidée stands out as one of the most striking pieces. The chair is in good vintage condition, with light signs of use on the purple leather and shell, adding to its subtle patina.
