DAX armchair designed by Charles Eames and Ray Eames for Herman Miller, circa 1970s. The chair features an original fiberglass shell with armrests, upholstered on the front in brown fabric, and stands on the characteristic white lacquered steel base. The organic shape of the shell provides a comfortable seat, while the upholstered front adds warmth and texture. The visible fiberglass structure on the back is characteristic of early production of these Eames chairs.
Good vintage condition with light signs of use consistent with age. Two chairs available, price per piece.
