Returns

Jean-Michel sells, among other things, pre-owned design items. Although we do our utmost to refurbish the products as best as possible, we cannot exclude any signs of use due to age or previous intensive use. If these are present on visible parts of an item or affect its functionality, we will always mention this as clearly as possible in the product description and show it clearly in the product photos. Of course, it may happen that an item does not meet your expectations. That’s why we always offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment of receipt, and we have a hassle-free return policy. You can return the product and receive a refund, but please take the following rules into account.

  • Register your return by emailing info@jeanmichelstore.com and include 1 clear photo of the item before sending it. Then send the track & trace code of the package so we know your return is on the way.
  • Fill in the (sample) withdrawal/return instruction form. Click HERE to do so.
  • Include this withdrawal/return instruction form with the return shipment.
  • Send the item in its original packaging and shipping box to the return address you received during the ordering process. Only returns sent to the correct return address will be processed.
  • The return shipping costs are always at your own expense.
  • After receiving the return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
  • We only accept returns that are in the same condition as we sent them to you. If the item is damaged or shows signs of careless or unskilled handling, we will not accept it under any circumstances.
  • Always send your returns via insured shipping; the risk of damage during return shipment is your responsibility as the customer.
  • Of course, you can also return items to us in person — we can schedule an appointment for this.
  • Incomplete return requests — that are not correctly or timely registered with us, not accompanied by a photo, or sent without a completed form — unfortunately cannot or may not be processed in time.
  • Returning art? Please contact us first. We will then provide you with the correct address of the artist.
