Rare chest of drawers / sideboard designed by Willy Rizzo and produced in Italy in the 1970s. The piece reflects the refined luxury and sharp geometry that define Rizzo’s work. The cabinet is executed in dark wood and framed with brushed aluminium, creating a strong contrast between warm and industrial materials. The wide aluminium top and base give the piece a solid, almost monolithic presence. Behind the minimal front are multiple drawers with a push-to-open mechanism, keeping the façade completely handle-free. This technical detail enhances the clean lines and emphasizes the purity of the design. A rare and distinctive piece of Italian design from the 1970s where architectural proportions, refined materials and functionality come together. In good vintage condition with light signs of use.
