Belgian Brutalist Sideboard

0

Belgian Brutalist sideboard from the 1970s, crafted in black-stained oak. The four doors feature a repeating relief of recessed squares with raised circular details, creating a strong rhythm and remarkable sense of depth across the front. Fully integrated finger pulls preserve the clean geometry, allowing the cabinet to read as a single architectural volume. Behind the four doors, the interior offers generous storage with shelves spanning the full width, suitable for tableware, books or media equipment. The warm oak interior provides a subtle contrast to the dark exterior finish. A fine example of Belgian furniture design from the 1970s, where geometry, material and proportion take centre stage. In good vintage condition with light signs of use consistent with age.
